FordPass app won’t launch - again!

Anybody having this issue lately? Today, for the second time in two weeks, the app won’t launch. I just get the blue oval for about 30 seconds and then disappears. I have an iPhone XR and tried both a soft and a hard restart which didn’t work. The last time I had to delete and reinstall the app which worked until today, so, here I go again. It was a bit of a pain since I had to reinstall the PAAK as well.

Same thing yesterday. iPhone XR. Had to delete app, PAAK from car and redo. Third time in the last 3 weeks. Something changed. It sucks as I was doing a 220 mile range test and wanted Journeys to record.

Same. Deleted and reinstalled yesterday for the second time in just over a week. iPhone XR. My wife, same phone, same AWD ER, hasn’t had a single problem.
I’m not bothering to set up PAAK again until Ford gets their ? straight.

Have you had the PAAK software recall completed? I haven’t yet (was holding out for OTA) but am thinking now is the time.
I had my dealer install the PaaK update, but my FordPass crashed on me about a week ago. It's only happened to me once so far. iPhone 12 Pro.

Yep. Wife and each had it done. We each have the same car. We each have the same phone. No rhyme nor reason I can find.

I had the app crash on me. Seems to have happened right after the last app update. I’m on iOS - iPhone 12. This is the second time I’ve had the app crash issue. The only way I’ve found to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Last time I did that, I reactivated PAAK. This time, PAAK won’t reactivate at all. I’ve deleted/reset PAAK, removed bluetooth connections, etc. Doesn’t work at all. I’ve gone a month trying to go PAAK only but I’m going to switch to using the FOB until Ford gets this sorted out. It’s disappointing to say the least.
