Charging starts at 7pm. 7:15 I get a warning that scheduled charge did not begin. I check the FordPass app, and it is charging. I check the JuiceBox app, and it's charging. Not the first time this has happened. And no, the charging didn't stop and then restart.

I've noticed that those notifications are often delayed by 10-30 minutes.

I wonder if there's some weird thing going on with the juice box where it when the car asks for power there's a delay before it delivers the power. That could cause the notification to be triggered, but by the time it gets to you, charging has long since begun.

Total speculation, but that's a thought ?‍♂

I get this notice every night now. Cars scheduled charge time is 11pm. I get the notice at around 11:15. If I don't intervene, the car will randomly start charging in the middle of the night. Still in the window. But not when it's supposed to start.

If I unplug the charger or even just push the button next to the charge port it will start charging in the schedule immediately.

Mine was charging, message was invalid. Car wants to charge at 7, charger turns on at 7. Both connected to internet, time should be the same. Second or third time in 6 months.

I almost always get this message either when
1: the car has reached its targeted charge. Ie, charging starts at 11PM, at 1:45AM SOC reaches 90% and car stops charging. At 1:55AM I get a message that Scheduled Charge Did Not Start.
2. I didn’t drive. Car is still charged from last night. At 11PM, rather than acknowledging car doesn’t need to charge, I get the “scheduled charge did not begin” message.
The app is F*%^ed.

Technically, it's correct - charge did not begin. For a reasonable reason :p

I've had this several times, too. I ignore the warning.

I also get false notifications that my FCCS needs to be unlocked so that charging can begin. I've seen this a handful of times. But it's another false warning from @Ford Team as I don't have access control enabled on the EVSE.
