Found a Select in stock at a dealer - good deal?

new to the forum and looking for a machE.

found a dealer with a Select that includes Comfort/Tech package. It’s a 2022 model that someone had ordered and decided to pass. Sticker is $47,800ish and they’re willing to sell it to me for $2500 ADM. No other addons or dealer accessories.
i’ve looked high and far and no one in SoCal will sell me one for less than $5k ADM. I’m about ready to pull the trigger since it’s a 2022 and has the lower MSRP, destination fee and i can take the $7500 tax credit this year.

$47,800 is about $4K above base model, so I assume there is a comfort pack or such on the trim options. It is a good price, and others are right: an ADM of $2500 is below what is often reported, in an area where they are doing ADM. I ordered mine in March, and the ADM is a tad more here.
Assuming color/ trim is what you can live with, grab it fast! Double check taxes, etc, and don't be surprised if it is in excess of $50K out the door.
