Free EVGO today ???

Got an email from EVGO about finding independence from gas prices today, and it suggested finding a fast charger today. wondered if maybe it’s a hint that there’s some free juiceunlocked today? Anyone try an EVGO today yet?

EVGo often doesn’t work with MME.

I may have to check. A NEW EVGO location opened recently about 5 miles from my house. Prior to
that, all of the EVGO stations in Vegas were 50KW. This one has two 150 and two 350. I will let you
know what I find

Not true. Some of the older stations may have issues.

If older DCFC stations with good PlugShare reviews don't work with your MME, then you need an OBCC update. Ford added a compatibility mode or something so the older stations work with the latest software.

I will correct.
EVGo often doesn’t work WELL with MME at the stations in VA and MD.

Multiple times 1 if the 4 stations - of all the same hardware will initialize for me. Generally these stations have low PlugShare ratings but they are in convenient non Walmart spots for me
