Front camera stopped working after software upgrade

The front camera does not come on when I go into reverse, only the outlines that bend showing when something is getting close. The camera button at the top is also non-responsive, even when completely stopped and in park.

I am pretty sure it happened after the last update. I am wondering if I should wait for the next update (which has resolved glitches in the past) or call the dealer.

As an addition to the prior post, I am included a video of the behavior. It was at a dealer for a week and they are stumped. They also said they had contacted Ford engineering and they had. I solution to offer. I bought the extended electronic warranty, so “oh well, live with it” is not a viable option.

Message me the VIN. Maybe just a config issue that can easily be fixed with FORScan.
