Frunk and Trunk controls missing in SYNC4

I got my Mach-e 75kwh AWD 2022 in early Dec 24. It did not have all updates pushed to it even when OTA was not showing anything missing. The dealer service had the car on shop for 2 days after which they said that all missing updates are now updated.

After few weeks of updates, the Sync4 screen, is still missing options to open frunk or trunk control, which I've seen on 21/22 models on screen where you choose drive mode Whisper/Untamed.

Dealer claims there is nothing they can do, is this a known issue or has anyone had a fix/workaround for it?

Nothing they WILL do, I think they meant?

I don't know how far along on the updates the car is, but FDRS will certainly have a list that the VIN is eligible for.

FDRS / VIN updates available is most likely what the dealer service is referencing when they claim no updates are missing. What I would need to know why the options are missing and how to get applied (if it is possible).
