I believe the OTA functionality isn't working properly, and they're trying to cover it up by telling the dealers to perform updates when the cars are in for other things.
I was in for 21P22 last Thursday. No Frunk button for me.

I just picked up my GTPE today and I don't have the button so should have had it. I am trying to figure out if maybe need FP update. I have not turned on PAAK so that could be part of the problem as well and not sure I want to turn it on haha

You have to setup PaaK in order to get the window control, frunk, trunk etc within FP.

Got my Mach-E for over a year now, fully up to date (PowerUp 2.3.0 + seperate updates done).
Still a non-working Fronk Button on the physical key fob and app.
I already removed the divider in the frunk.

Weird thing is that ALL Mach-E's i know about fall into 2 categories
1. delivered with divider = non working frunk button
2. delivered without divider = working frunk button

Dealer has no clue how to enable the frunk button for me.

Is anyone able to compare a "with-divider" Mach-E and a "without-divider" Mach-E in FDRS? My guess is that there should be a difference somewhere...
