Hi All,
A few months ago I wrote that I suddenly had problems with my brand new car's connection (no data visible on the Ford App, no location possible, no more GPS in the car but only a question mark, etc....)
The dealer tried to find what went wrong. It appeared here in Belgium as "Telematic module". I suppose it's the Gateway module...
Main problem: this item is in back order since... November 25.
Today I'm using Android app to navigate, but let's face it, it's not the goal, and I couldn't even try the Blue Cruise or a long trip with the built-in GPS and software.
I tried everything, by unplegging the fuses, the battery... Nothing worked.
Is it normal that such an important item as the gateway module is in back order for months, now????
We're in 2026, the Ford Mach E is not a recent car, Ford should have a stock of these, or am I wrong?
My car is brand new from September 2025, AWD premium.
Ford Belgium doesn't give a ..... to my 4 emails.
Honestly, I don't know what to do.
Can someone help? @Ford Motor Company
Thanks!
David
