Functionality provided by each uk car spec

I am a newbie to the mme , only picked mine up 5 days ago. I love it but ……..
I am trying to find out what functions are only available on certain specs of vehicles in the uk. Most if not all videos on utube are from the USA and I believe there are some differences with the uk cars.
i have a mme rwd ext range and would like to know what is missing in this spec compared to the awd extended range for example.
i.e. does it have puddle lights? How do I know?
I didn’t know the uk cars don’t have paak until a couple of days ago.
where can I find out any variances by spec? There is no point asking the salesmen in our showrooms. They no nothing about the cars it seems.

one thing I know I don’t have in the rwd ext range model is the interior lighting colour selection. But I can’t see that in the document you attached. On any spec vehicle.

Yes, that's actually a problem for quite a few features I believe. There are other threads where people write about some features not mentioned anywhere....

Had a quick look at the owner's manual, but the only thing they write is:
Adjusting Ambient Lighting
Drag the selected color up or down.
