My new '24 GT. Only option was the paint. Had the dealer switch out my custom wheels and tires from my '21 Premium before I picked up the car. PPF, ceramic coating and black gloss roof done. Love this color. ?

We love the color, too! Congrats on your new Mach-E. :)

I can't wait to see what you do to it (ie change the trunk button, add sound insulation, new sub and amp, etc). I see you de-badged already. Are you going to re-badge the Ford Emblem again?

Wife & I joined this month....first EV. She loved the color, and it's mostly her car. It's growing on me as well. Already learned a lot about this car & EV's in general. All the current incentives made it a bargain we just couldn't pass up. 3 year lease, so we're not tied to it, just-in-case...?

Hi Patrick,

Yes, as soon as I got it in the garage, those Mach-E emblems came off the side doors and installed my Lloyd's carpet mats that I keep. I will be replacing the GT emblem on the liftgate with a custom painted Ford Oval (Glacier Gray and gloss black). Going to pretty much do the same as the other two Mach-E's. I'll be removing the backup beeping, tint the exterior reflectors, side markers, backup and third brake light lenses, sound deaden the rear cargo floor and installing the JL Sub I removed from my previous Mach-E. That will be it for today. This weekend will sound deaden the doors, install mud flaps and a physical liftgate release switch.

I have the Eibach sway bars coming next week plus a new steering wheel, armrest and the forged carbon fiber door and dash appliqués (all from BSKT). My detail guy will be wrapping the roof in gloss black, and ceramic coating the entire car but not until middle of next month. ?

About the stereo, it is nothing like what my '21 was. It plays louder, has better bass (but still lacking in the lowest frequencies) and the tweeters seem to be crossed over too low. They are a bit harsh at the lower end of the frequencies that they are playing at and never had that issue with the '21. Probably going to cross them over a bit higher once I take a reading from my spectrum analyzer.

Lowering springs? Or is that on hold for now?

Are you staying with the stock springs?

As of right now, staying with the stock springs. I have only driven the car 140 miles and so far, it rides better than my '21 GT did with OEM springs. Basically rides similar or the same as the Eibach lowering springs. I checked the part numbers and they are different springs than my '21 so maybe Ford changed spring rates or maybe the struts/shocks. Haven't looked to much into it but I need to drive around here with all the familiar roads before I change out the springs. On the other hand, would like to have it a bit lower so that may happen regardless of the ride.

This color varies so much. In shade, it's blue-gray. Sunset, it's got a very slight greenish tint.

Yes so gray-blue in the shade but look at your avatar. It is not gray-blue. Every time I see my car in a different light, it looks like a different car. I really am liking this.
