Going for the longest EA charge

My app kept telling me that I had a faulty yet active session.
I forgot about it until logging back in today.
Called EA and it baffled them.

this was six weeks ago at a charger two hours away. Same charger location that my HVBJB failed at twice!

I resolved it by deleting and then reloading the app in case you get the same wierd situation.
EA did ask me how much capacity did my battery have to charge this long ?, they didn’t see the 0kwh.

Here in PA we get charged by the minute, not by the kWh. I wonder if the same happened here if the charges would've built up.
