I purchased a Grizzl-E Smart Charger and have had it replaced within a couple of months of buying it. Guess what? I'm having the same issues with the new charger. 10 red blinks, stops charing. This happens when I get to 30% or below. I am so frustrated! But I will say Grizzl-E (United) has been responsive, but I can't believe I am the only one having this issue. Anyone else having the same issue?

I have been using a GrizzlE dumb charger since April. There have been a couple times where it stopped charging for no apparent reason? Other than that it has worked well for me but it seems to be very sensitive to power glitches.

No issues yet with my smart avalanche edition, but I have only had it installed for 5 weeks.

A few issues with my avalanche edition recently. I keep getting random charge faults. One was a few weeks ago and the indicator lights thought my car was charging, but it was unplugged. A hard reset fixed it. Then happened again yesterday. Same fix. Today, the car charged to 90% per the schedule, then hit a charge fault.

Bought mine in April and only had it stop charging once. Overall happy with my purchase. I like their customer support, very good.
I do agree with that. Customer service is good.

Their customers service is good, I’m just tired of not being able to rely on the charger. Requested a refund.
Got a replacement and seems to be working ok… Next step for me would be requesting a refund.

I've seen so many of these threads with the Grizzl-e. I hope you get if figured out. I had an issue with my openEVSE a while back and luckily they were able to recommended adjusted settings to avoid triggering a "no ground" fault.

So, I just charged my new Grizzl-e for the first time and it blinks/red and beeps continuously (every 2 seconds). I logged a call into their support email.

Anyone else hit this issue?

I started having the same issue, red light blinks 10 times - over current fault. Checked my breaker and wiring, everything was good on my end. I put in a support request explaining the issue and they sent out a replacement right away that I received within a week, popped the faulty one in the box and sent it back - all good.
