Unfortunately my GTPE has gone away but my wife REALLY misses the wheels. (Don't ask her about the rest of the car.)

Does anyone know of a manufacturer that makes a similar wheel for other vehicles?

I don't but you can buy those from Ford for a reasonable price, they are 5x108 so depending on what you bought they may fit.

My advice find something similar aftermarket if your new car doesn't take 5x108.

There are a ton of aftermarket wheels that have a similar look (basically a bunch of small Y shapes around the edge of the rim).

It really depends on which car you’re driving that will determine the bolt pattern.

tirerack.com has many designs and brands for any vehicle .. I would start there and see which ones look the best on your car that needs them.

The more I read the more question I had, in Europe there is no mention of GT/GTPE, all the GT comes with these rims, we don't have the flower shaped ones

Yeah looks like there is no Performance Edition in europe, but all the GT have the GTPE rims, which is weird... and not fair to the US market.

I was going to put them on my Kia EV6 GT-L. Different bolt pattern.

The US-spec GT is a feature-reduced version of the non-US GT. The GT-Performance Edition in the US is what the GT in the rest of the world is. Basically, we got an extra model through neutering. ?‍?

Those won’t fit on his EV6 GT.

They want wheels that look like that, but fit the Kia bolt pattern.
