I have been charging my Mach E successfully for several months now using the settings that allow for charging from home between certain hours. All of a sudden it doesn’t work. What’s my next move?

What charger are you using and has it shown any errors? I have a GrizzlE that works great but periodically I have to unplug it, let it reset then plug back in. Otherwise check your settings using the on-screen menu in the car.

If you haven’t, change your schedule in the MME to different times (even just bumping them all up or back 5 minutes) to see if that’ll trigger it going again.

Along with unplug/plug in as AeroEng suggested (assuming plug in) check any GFCI if you have on on the wall or at the wall panel.

You may have received an over the air update. They all seem to come with some side effects. Your charge locations and schedule may have been erased.

How long have you had the issue? Tail end of last week I once again experienced the FordPass GPS error where it thought my car was 1/4 mile from my house and started charging as soon as I plugged it in and was going to go to 100%. Like last time, the glitch fixed itself after a couple of days and my car is back on schedule. ?‍♂

I’ve had the car fail to charge 3x in the past month. I finally set it to charge anytime and then set the charging hours on my EVSE instead.

Mine has started doing this as well. Even changing the settings isn't helping. It's simply charging when I plug in. My home charger does allow for that so I guess I'll have to change it there.

Try deleting the charge schedule settings in the car and creating new ones (not in the FP app). ?‍♂?

I would except my car is also no longer tracking charge locations like it used to and without this, I can't bring that in and set a preference. Really screwy lately.

You will probably need to charge the car at home for 5 minutes or so to re-establish your home charging location, then re-do your charge schedules. The recent OTA updates have wiped out all of this stuff for many cars (in some cases, more than once). ??

Thanks everyone!! Deleting the charge schedule settings in the car and creating new ones (not in the FP app) worked. Yeaa!!! FYI: dealership was quick to try to get me in to their service center for a "fix" when I asked for help...
