Home charging issues after 3 months

We have absolutely loved our Mach e GT, but after 3+ months with no issues, it has stopped charging at home on our 240 plug. It will charge about 1 mile per hour of charging. It still charges fine on a DC charge (public charger), but it’s not practical or apparently good for the vehicle to rely on those chargers. I’m really upset and know that the dealership will likely have no idea what to do for me since this is new technology.

Have you tried a level 2 charger other than the one you have at home. If it does not work you have a problem with the car and you need to take it to the dealership for repairs. If it work your charger is faulty and needs repair.

Yes. We have tried several chargers and actually had the 240 plug redone thinking it as an electrical issue at the source. So it’s likely a problem with the vehicle.

It just really frustrating that the vehicle is only 3 months old and we’re already having problems.
