I work 79 miles from home. 1-23-23 I got home plugged in and the car stopped charging after about an hour! Message in the morning said “ plugged in but not charging “ what’s wrong with the car?? 1-24-23 came home plugged in and same thing, unplugged and plugged in again and again it stopped charging after about an hour!!

No way to know. First thing to figure out is if the charger is working. If it's a Ford Mobile Charger, check the lights on the display to see, unplugged, what they show. Your manual explains what the colors mean - it should be blue when unplugged. Owner.ford.com to get your manual in PDF form.

What does the app say in charging details when its plugged in an stops charging? I am wondering if you have a previous location setup. Also, once the battery is topped off for example our car, I have it set to stop charging once it hits 90%. The car wont' charge anymore once its done charging, this is normal but to figure outs going on with yours need more info.

1. At what % is the car saying its "done charging?"
2. Post a screen shot of the details in the Ford App when it’s done charging.

Info is key here, without it can't help you.

1. make sure the plug is firmly seated in the outlet
2. make sure the plug 'tail' in all the way into the charger body (top flush with charger)
3. do not use any extension cords between outlet and charger plug
4. after an hour of charging.... is either the outlet plug or car charge handle hot to touch?
5. take a picture of your outlet with charger, and post here so we can see your setup.

As previously mentioned what EVSE are you using? Is this occurring every time you charge?

My money is on OP is using the included mobile charger.

That is my thought too but we can’t help without additional information. Could be a new EVSE is needed - could be the 14-50 socket is getting hot, etc. We need some feedback or we are just providing the shotgun approach.
