How do I use in car navigation?

I can pull up the map in the car, but I dont see wherre to type in a destination.

Ill look again. I (nor anyone in my family) have yet to see it. I want to be able to use preconditioning on my upcoming trip. (Use google maps through android auto currently)

If you don't see the "Where to?" then it's likely Connected Navigation is not enrolled. You need to activate your vehicle's modem through FordPass which should enroll the Connected Navigation subscription automatically, and then you can verify your Connected Navigation subscription status at any time using FordPass and tapping Connected Services.

If you're using Google Maps through Android Auto, you will get preconditioning when navigating to a DCFC. No need to use the worse paid Ford navigation.

Fordpass says I have connected nav and premium connectivity till the end of 2027.

If you've panned around in the map, the UI for entering a destination might be hidden. There's a "center on car" button on the top left corner of the map if that's the case; tap that and you'll be able to see the destination entry box.

I'd recommend checking out, "Mach-E Vlog" on YouTube. Patrick and Liv has a great channel for MME owners. They just did a video showing how to use navigation on road trips.

I bet thats it honestly. Thanks guys. If it doesnt show up when stationary Ill give Ford a call and see why I dont have even though I have the subscription active.
