Haven't run into that issue yet I had the car two weeks

Turns out, through some trial and error, I figured out it was how the "explicit" tag in Podcast Addict (**) was presenting over the Bluetooth audio that was causing the crash. I soon as I turned that off, the problem fixed itself. That was a lot of money down the tubes for nothing. Anyone want to buy a perfectly good APIM and screen? ?
Yeah I mostly enjoyed this episode when I first heard it on Reply All, and listened once again on 99PI.oh I have another story to tell here too: there is an excellent episode of the excellent podcast "99% Invisible" that talks about a very specific Mazda infotainment system bug. it's a great listen:
The Roman Mars Mazda Virus - 99% Invisible (99percentinvisible.org)
Most programmers will see the punchline coming but it's still fun.
I remember that episode, very coolYeah I mostly enjoyed this episode when I first heard it on Reply All, and listened once again on 99PI.
I say "mostly" because I was listening via MyFordTouch ('wince') in my Fiesta over Bluetooth from, you guessed it, Podcast Addict.
I had to reset a fuse behind the glove box in order to reset the APIM, several dozens of times during 7-8 years of ownership. But not even once while listening to that Mazda episode!
Doesn't sound normal. I have had to reset mine about 3 times in 7 1/2 months. It's just a blank screen until i reboot, then it's fine. Happens on start up. Small display looks normal, but large screen just doesn't come on.
Yep. Once in Marlin since February when an impatient start up resulted in a mashup of backup and other images. The only time I had to reboot was when i impatiently start pushing on the screen during startup?
yeah, and they credit Reply All, but every time I try to listen to Reply All they say something stupid very quickly and I unsubscribe again. So for me it's a 99PI episode that happens to be presented by lesser podcast hosts. ?99PI is a *great* podcast. That episode is actually from the "Reply All" podcast, but 99PI did run it as a guest episode.
something definitely wrong. Have had mine for going on 5 months now, haven't had to reboot at all.I've had my MME Premium for about 2 weeks. I've had to do the VOL down and button to reset about 5 times already. Is this normal for the rest of you? I'm wondering if I need to take to dealership, or if that's just part of the normal deal.
