How often to charge

My Vote is as follows: plug in when at my home base. Charge parameters set to 85% between 8PM and 6AM Monday - Friday and Weekends. Plug in public chargers when available. Avoid DC fast charging to prevent degradation of the HVB. Charging accomplished via L2 unit purchased from United Chargers.

I don't think it will ever use battery power to keep the battery warm when parked off plug.

That's not "keeping the battery warm". That's preconditioning for a drive. I don't know if it will warm the battery for a departure time when not plugged in, but that's not what I was talking about.
