Unless you got a notification or see a recent update mentioning 22S41, you did not get the recall. The screen will say up to date before the update is sent to your vehicle.

Check your VIN here if you still aren't sure: https://www.etis.ford.com/selectedVehicleDetails.do

Frustratingly my Ford App says I don’t need the recall but I got a letter from Ford saying that I do need the recall. I don’t know what to believe.

You really can't trust ETIS - at least not immediately. I just ran 10 VINs through it that had the recall performed and none showed up as completed. So while it might work at some point, I don't know what the time is from recall completion, or OTA, to being marked complete on ETIS.

The only true way to know for sure @rohs929 is to ask someone to run your VIN in this thread and specifically mention that you would like to confirm 22S41 recall status.

I believe it uses the same database as the dealers website, which is updated faster than other outlets. Yes it takes a few days (up to a week?) after the service to clear when the paperwork is submitted. But the customer would know they had it done at the dealer or via OTA right afterwards. If you have doubts your dealer actually did the updates, then post in the other topic.
