Hum & Vibration While Charging

I just installed the NEMA receptacle and have the charger that came with the Mach-E charging my Mach-E. There is a low hum and a slight vibration around the area where it plugs into the car. Is this normal? Everything else seems okay. The plug into the vehicle is barely warm as is the NEMA receptacle.

The onboard AC charger is water cooled. You're hearing the water pump running. If the ac compressor is running to cool the battery you will hear that too along with the radiator/condenser fan.

These things make a lot of noises while they charge, or even when they’re not charging sometimes. Very normal.
