This is likely going to have the same platform as the new Kia EV and Ioniq 5/6.
For the Kia, they're saying the new crossover will have:
800 volt architecture
300 mile range
20 minutes to recharge to 80%
3s 0-60 times

Looks that way doesn't it - would love to see a SUV type ground clearance that car level ground clearances

Exactly. Suggests to me that manufacturers are having trouble getting range out of taller SUV-shape designs. And have to settle for these lower slope-backs without much ground clearance.
The Volvo XC40 P8 is a good example. It's one of the few BEVs that's shaped more like an actual SUV. But range is only estimated at just over 200 miles.
They're gonna have figure out how to get better energy density squeezed in to really satisfy more American buyers that want a truer SUV.
