FYI assuming you have gotten updates regularly to the car it would have increased your usable battery to 91 kWh to match the newer long range cars.

Thanks! Yeah, I was wondering about that...but man I'm already surprised at the range on a good day, and a 91 kWh usable would be even greater. I guess I just didn't believe it. But I do know we've had the charging update (which helps with DC fast charging speed over 80%), so I think that's the same? ..or came about at the same time? I can't remember..

Good luck! We've traveled from Copperopolis (east of Lodi) to Portland without problem. Lots of charging options along the I5 corridor. I'd still leave a little room in your planning for "broken chargers", but you shouldn't have a problem. Post on the forums and let us know how it goes!

So I was just watching the Mach-E VLOG (Patrick and Liv) and when they were reseting their trip meters, they were hitting the reset button three times...I only hit it once. So maybe there was left over data in there that was throwing our readings off. Mental note for next time...hit reset multiple times!

So not a full "episode", I thought I'd experiment with something I'm calling a "Quick Take"...it's a short video on a single subject or opinion. In this first one, I'm addressing the dreaded "what happened to my range?" question. I promise I'm not giving up on longer videos, it's just that they take a lot of time and I've been (wonderfully) busy with work this year and am having trouble finding time to make them. Anywho...enjoy...
