What's with the gaps in the front? Looks like the hood is completly disaligned

Looks to me like that particular hood might have hood pins. If so, I am guessing prototype problem.

I agree that it looks like it has hood pins too. Test mule stuff I'm guessing, not really an issue to worry about.

Inside and out, is this light grey?

That's the gray exterior and black interior. The sun is shining directly towards the car through the building's windows. So it is over bright from what our eyes and brain (and his phone camera) might expect for a car filmed in an indoor setting.

That's the carbonized grey we saw in The Netherlands during the dealer shows. The people are talking Dutch and there was no Iconic Silver during these days, just the Carbonized Grey. It also has the matt black bodyparts and the white stitching.
