Identify installed updates without dealer or FDRS

I want to know if a specific update has been installed on my 2023 MME Premium Extended. After chasing this question on the internet I only find having FDRS or going to a dealer, both of which have cost involved. Is there another option I'm missing. Looking to see if 23-PU0110-RAD-PS is installed. TIA

there is a big thread: "Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others" you can put your VIN there and usually someone with FDRS will respond
