Interesting flatbed towing observation

I just sold my 1966 Mustang and the new owner had a flat-bed towing service come and pick it up. I asked the driver if he had ever picked up a Mach-E and he said he had not. I asked had the company ever given any info on it to the drivers and he said no but they had been told the owner of the car has insurance! I told him every owner had specific instructions and he should ask for them because there is a huge repair bill if it is done wrong.
