iPhone Ringer volume

Hello,

Has anyone encountered an issue after driving their Mach E the ringer volume on their phone is set all the way up? This happens consistently when I have the FordPass app open.

I've never noticed. My ringer is always turned off. I'll check next drive.

Turn the volume knob WHILE the phone is ringing. Then it will remember the volume for the ringer.

I have tried this and it hasn't fixed the issue. Doing this does adjust the volume of the ringer while in the car connected to carplay, but once out of the car the actual IPhone ringer reverts to full volume.

Has anyone figured out a fix on this? The iPhone ringer is set to startlingly loud every time I leave the car and get a call when not connected to CarPlay, if I don't forget to turn it down (which is pretty much every time)

I have same problem with IPhone. With Android phone no problems like this. No idea how to solve.

2023 Mach-e - I have this problem. Anyone ever seen a fix? Ringer volume at 100% after driving my Mach-E, using car play.
