Is CSP22B10 Second key fob still active?

I received a letter from Ford Customer Service in response to my complaint. They said the owner refund for a second fob is now extended to August 5, 2023. They also said " We recommend seeking reimbursement from another Ford dealership in your area. "

I’m still waiting for my second fob. Had an appointment about a month ago that was cancelled because they couldn’t get the part. Really hoping to get it before the August deadline.

The fob is readily available. My dealer ordered one for me last week before they realized that I wanted to get reimbursed instead. It arrived in 1 day.
