Is CSP22B10 Second key fob still active?

I asked for it back in November, dealer said they ordered it for me, I checked in December and they said it didn't come yet, I don't know what the problem is other than they're just lying to me...

Is this CSP still active, if so maybe I'll go call another dealer...

Do you know how long it takes to program, once they have the blank can I be in and out in less than an hour?

Do you know how long it takes to program, once they have the blank can I be in and out in less than an hour?
It can be programmed in minutes. But it really depends if they take it in right away.

it took them 1 hour just to get my car from their parking lot last time so....... yeah..... we'll just say i'm not convinced about the value of dealerships

Just received my refund under this program for the amount I spent buying and programming my second fob.

It took 90 days.

What do you expect? For the dealer to have a tech standing around awaiting your arrival?

i believe you are misunderstanding the situation. they called me to tell me my car is ready, i take a taxi to the dealership, they said they'll get my car for me, i stand there for 60 minutes

but i appreciate you advocating for your industry, would just hope its many problems get fixed with as much passion

sounds like you took a different route, how did you buy it? maybe i should do that rather than wait for this dealer to "order" it....

I did misunderstand. I didn't realize you meant there was the long wait when you were picking up. That's just ridiculous.

I too have been waiting since November for my FOB under thta program. On the other hand the Mach -e 4X Door emblem which they are replacing after the first one fell off was also ordered and was ready 3 days later.

When I bought my car, I ordered an extra fob and got the dealer to program it for free. That was June 2021. I just had my car in for some repairs and when I got it back they gave me an extra fob even though I had not asked for it. Now I have three!

yes I just had mine done this week. I think they ordered it from another source other than Ford direct.

Ford is turning the "Customer Satisfaction Program' into a disaster. Very poor management of JOB 1.
I ordered my 4XPremium Mach-E in 2020, and took delivery in February 2021 with only one fob. The "PaaK" function has never worked, and the dealer could not fix it, so I purchased a second fob from the dealer for $430.30.
I learned this week that there is a secret letter to dealers dated October 17, 2022 describing CSP 22B10.
Ford never contacted me about this program.
My dealer never notified me.
The dealer did not mention it when I took the Mach-e back for service in January.
The Ford email monthly status report merely said “Notice # 22B10 ADDITIONAL REMOTE CONTROL AND KEY BLANK”. The email link “View Full Report” has nothing about this CSP on Ford.com.
The FordPass iPhone app likewise has no information about this CSP.
When I took the car to the dealer this week and asked the advisor what Notice # 22B10 ADDITIONAL REMOTE CONTROL AND KEY BLANK” was about, he informed me that the program was terminated on February 5, 2023. He told me to call Ford Customer Service. ( I had an appointment to address multiple software problems, and left the car there all day, but dealer did not ever work on it)
When I called Customer Service (case 41293075) the representative could not help me. I spoke to the Supervisor, and she made an effort to help me, but had no authority to get me a refund, and no path of escalation. She said I was eligible to get an additional fob for free under this CSP until August 5, 2023, but not a refund for the one I had already purchased.

This mismanagement explains why Ford is losing money, and Tesla is one of the most valuable corporations in the US.

IMHO the Mach-E is a well engineered and well built car, but the software and the dealership model are both unacceptable. I regret owning the car now.
