Curious if anyone is having issues connecting to FordPass (not the usual glitchy FordPass).
My FordPass hasn’t updated in over 24hrs. I’ve logged out, deleted/reinstalled the app, rebooted sync in the car.
It’s affecting my phone, my wife’s phone, and the website. Nothing has updated.
RESOLVED: some how my modem and wifi were shut off. I was unable to access Connected Vehicle Features but could rejoin my wifi network. Got on the wifi, went to bed, got 2 random notifications over night but still not completely updated. Went out this morning, started the car could then access Connected Features and FordPass was back. Didn’t even have to turn anything off/on.
