Long story short: have had my MME Select RWD for about two weeks. When I drove home from the dealer, the trim around the overhead light/sunglasses holder was loose/not all the way “clicked in”. Pushed it on myself, but how the sunglasses holder itself looks, idk, a little off? Tell me if mine looks weird or please show me yours?

Mine has always looked that way. I've checked a couple of times to see if maybe it was off by a tooth or two, but could never find any evidence to suggest it was not installed correctly. Not trim dependent apparently either (4x Premium here).

Mine looks the same, annoying, but probably not adjustable.

Would you be able to take a picture of the left side of the inside. This would be where the click part is...mine just stopped working and need a comparison. I think something may have snapped.

Same here. Still fit better than the early gen Tesla's body panels.

If I recall correctly it fit more flush on my Premium but didn't open as easily as it does on my GTPE which looks exactly like yours.

My 22 Select is the same too. One side stick out other dips in.

It's only retained on one side, so that's why it doesn't sit perfectly flush.

Fun fact, if you accidentally break off the little nub that holds it closed, it becomes impossible to close and costs something like $300 to replace. So be careful with it.
