So I had the Battery Energy Control Module Software recall update done and now my iPhone XR with the latest update won't work as PAAK or be recognized by the profile. The FordPass app which used to have the Frunk unlock is now gone and I'm a little more than annoyed. I have reset the phone, deleted my profile, deleted the FordPass app and yet when I attempt to setup the PaaK I get the message which says the Phone as a Key features are enabled for my Mach E but guess what .... it's not. I called the Ford dealer and have yet to receive a return phone call. Hey #FordMotorCompany or #fordmustangmach your software engineers ARE NOT VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. You need to steal some from Tesla for a little help to fix your software problem. On top of that my wife's iPhone the Mach E system won't take in the CarPlay mode unless she plugs it in with a cable. All this happened when we had a software update. GREAT engineering Ford... OK - I'm done ranting, does anyone have a suggestion which might solve the issue or an idea of what happened? Thanks.
