Yesterday in the mail I received a 10-page MME satisfaction survey for my GT. Ford spared no expense with this company called "InMoment". It is a 10 page survey. Prizes to be awarded are a $10K grand prize, two $2.5K first prizes and five $1K second prizes. The survey is very, very detailed. If I had received it before this latest recall many of my answers would have been different. It could have not come at a worst time. This week my mind has been all over the place from how much I love this car to dumping it now before I have a failure of one sort or another.
I hope whoever is in charge of this expensive endeavor realizes responses may be swayed one way or another. The survey does not have a place for written-out comments.
