Customer satisfaction survey question

I've read several times about how important the feedback from this survey is to the dealer but wanted to check on who sends this survey. I did get an email from Ford thanking me for choosing my dealer for my recent 2022 purchase, and asking me to complete a survey about my sales experience. The first question was whether I'd recommend my dealer to others (score of 1-5). Is this the survey that folks are talking about? The problem is that the survey expired. I really like my dealer but I was waiting on something they were following up on before filling it out, and I didn't notice the expiration date. They made good on their promise and I'd be happy to give them very high marks so wanted to see if folks here knew if Ford can re-issue the survey. I can also ask my dealer but thought I'd check here as well.

I had a second survey sent to me from the dealer. I bought my car right when the glass recall came out and couldn’t take possession of my car until the recall was completed. Got a survey a few days after purchase and again a few days after picking up my car.
