Hello all, I purchased a 23 GTPE yesterday from a dealer in Iowa. However, living in the Kansas City area, I am looking for two suggestions.

1. Which Kansas City dealer do you recommend for service? I am open to dealerships in the KC metro (even Lawrence) if you had a great experience with their service department.

2. Do you have the name of an electrician who can install a Level 2 charger for me? I have Evergy as my power company and plan to apply for the $500 rebate they offer. I have a 200 amp panel with enough open spaces to run the 240-volt service.

Thanks in advance!

I bought mine from Rob Sight and they have been great. Haven’t needed any major service though since the car has been good. Only tire rotations so far In 16k miles.

I bought mine from Gary Crossley in Liberty. I've purchased several other Fords from them and always had a good experience with their service department. I had the infamous "subwoofer" rattle on my MME and another Ford, they were able to fix it both times pretty quickly. They haven't sent me an "oil change reminder" so they must know what an EV is.

When I bought my MME there, my dealer had everything ready to go before I even arrived. Literally walked in, signed, and walked out in less than 30 minutes.

As far as people installing a Level 2 charger, I am having FullyCharged do an install on Thursday (4/20). Their website is gofullycharged.com if you would like to check them out.
So far, Justin, the owner, has been out for the bid and even gave me a ride in his Rivian.

I've heard good things about him. I would make sure to specify you're either looking for a hard wired solution or to be sure a sufficiently capable industrial 14-50R outlet like bryant, hubbel, cooper, etc is used, not the crap from home depot/lowes. (IE NO leviton crap)

I went with Justin's recommendation, the 48A Hard Wired Juice Box. I have some trepidation after reading some online reviews. But it was the brand he recommended. He said he was fine with whatever I decided, but he had good luck with the brand.

Cool web site and everything, but it's a bit questionable that they blatantly* copied the name of the popular Fully Charged YouTube channel without explicitly crediting their namesake. It's obviously an SEO play but just doesn't sit right with me.

* I say it's "blatant," because Justin went so far as to hide links to fullycharged.show in the city names for Lenexa and Spring Hill, and maybe elsewhere.

We had the Juice Box 48 installed this morning by gofullycharged.com in Shawnee, Kansas.

A great experience, but I need to correct a few things.
Justin is the owner and face of the company; I thought he was also an electrician (my assumption, my bad).
Today, the electrician he works with (Jacob) did the installation and was able to adjust to my requests on the fly. They are a very efficient and friendly two man-team.

Initially thought it would be a 3-hour job, but with two people working and an alternative, more direct run, it was closer to 90 minutes. Justin even altered the estimate as the installation was more direct.

I got the Wi-Fi connection to the Juice Box with the help of Justin, but their App (the Juice Box app) is clunky.

I used the MME app to set the charging times and target charge percent. The Ford App even lists the energy program from Evergy.com that I am starting on May 2nd (MME will charge overnight with lower rates). Between the charger installation and signing up for the Time of Use plan, we qualify for a $500 rebate. In addition, I can deduct 30% of the installation cost from my taxes this year!

I recommend checking out Justin Bell at gofullycharged.com if you live in Kansas City. The wife and I are pleased with the installation and have a Level 2 charger to come home to every night!
