Careful what you wish for I wanted it not to miss charging schedules and got limp mode charging forever. That is the only thing I need updated is the OTA that slowed down L2 charging to keep the charging ports from melting. Still looking to have the charging speed that I had for the first two and a half years back. Right now this cars charging is nothing but embarrassing. Bit sad to see limp mode software installed on EA's again after the HVJB software but it now seems to be a trend with Ford.

For 14 months I put up with faulty contacts in a HVBJB but this 19 months of limp charging to not melt charging ports (mine never did) is starting to piss me off. It no longer charges to spec (goes to 4.4 Kw on 48 amp), no acknowledgement or direction from Ford and they have lots of lawyers is what I understand so far. Another classy move. That will draw in the techies for sure.

Tech is great when it is working. I love this tech and can see what it will become. Drive, charge and maintain itself is not that impossible. Does not need to drive itself just those basic 3 for me. So far three strikes on ford and appears they are out with the limp mode charging. Appears it is a in your face how do you like us now thing.

Was wondering about this too, so came to check today. No updates since July/August or so. So many little irritating software things i'd like to see fixed (but never are), but at least I can live on false hope ?

I called Ford repeatedly over the last 3 months and finally had a case number sent to the dealer after being told there was a service bulletin addressing the updates / lack of for Job 1 /2 when I went to the dealer, they said it had already been revised and now not available for few more weeks so back to the drawing board again.........
