Boosting this thread bc @Ford Motor Company reached out to get my info, but then hasn’t done anything since. And we are now at 4 weeks of my car being at the dealership. My dealer tells me they have been talking to ford engineers, but they work super slowly. Like, main Ford will tell the dealer to try one thing, and when that doesn’t work, it takes main Ford 24-48hrs to email back with something else to look at or try.

How did this work out you? I am also a Job 1 and after supposed successful updates and pano recall at a dealer I have no lane centering. Dealer hasn’t responded to my questions. Got a case number from @Ford Motor Company but the person that reached out told me to try paying $600 for a Blue Cruise subscription to fix the problem?! No one seems to know anything.

Can’t say I know all the details of what they did, but my dealer finally fixed it. It took a total of 32 days, but it got fixed. Think they just had to complete all the available software updates, including some on their own equipment.

Glad to hear it! I am just hoping to have someone acknowledge the problem at this point. Good to know there is a solution.

Mine is in the shop for the same reason. It’s been frustrating because the service folks are confusing copilot 360 (lane centering with adaptive cruise control) with Blue Cruise. They’re thinking that Ford intentionally disabled lane-centering as Blue Cruise rolled out. But it’s a deal-breaker for me if that is the case (and I don’t think it is). EV buyers expect and demand these features from their cars and Ford needs this to work to compete on features. Ours worked great—we were very happy with it—until the update disabled it.
