Lane Keeping Lines Missing

I just noticed it today. I got my windshield replaced on Tuesday. On the display above my wheel, where it shows the little Mach E, the lines that normally show to the left and right of the Mach E are now missing along with the functionality.

Is there something I can do to restore them or is this something the dealership where I replaced the windshield is going to have to take care of?

There is a switch on the steering wheel to turn on lane keeping.

SWITCHING THE LANE KEEPING SYSTEM ON AND OFF

To activate the lane keeping
system, press the button on the
steering wheel.
To deactivate the lane keeping system,
press the button again.
Note:When switching the system on or off
a message appears in the information and
entertainment display to show the status.

It could also be that the camera in the windscreen needs recalibrating after having the screen replaced. If it wasn't done then that could be the reason.

I believe if there was a calibration issue, the OP would get a warning message. When he turns it on, it will either come on, or give him a message. The button is easy to hit, especially if a tech was recalibrating.

Oldie but Goldie. I had intermittent issues w/ LKA and BC. That was the fix.
