LCD has sticky residue from please remove sticker

On the MME info screen (portrait LCD) there was a 2" x 5" strip of plastic clear sticker with please remove prior to turning on display. Well, when I picked up my MME, the sticker was on. I pulled it off and now there is a film of sticky left behind on the screen. Any ideas of how to remove as its a thin sticky film stuck on screen?

Why Ford? Laptops put static screens on the display and not adhesive....

Simple rubbing alcohol should do just fine.

It's a standard acrylic based adhesive. Rubbing alcohol will easily remove it. (sticker manufacturer BTW)

Yeah I did this too, you need to pull the whole sticker off the whole 15.5" screen...

Its a huge sticker, that little sticker is on top of a larger clear sticker.
