If he was selling it then there would be a possibility. But doing it for your own enjoyment, I doubt any Ford Police will show up.

Yep, if you for instance wanted one id only be able to do it as a personal favor and could not charge etc. and would likely have to have you push the button to. But for personal use (fair use) the law is pretty fair.
