Locking Issue

When I go to lock my Mach-e it registers the request (i.e. indicators flash) but it doesn't actually lock, and the wing mirrors do not fold in etc.

I have tried with my key, and the Fordpass app and the same thing happens with both.

Any one got any advice on why it might do this? It seemed to happen over night for no reason!

I notice mine won’t lock if I accidentally leave the phone (PAAK) in the car. Other than that no issues. I do use the walk away auto lock. And have locked it rubbing the lock icon above the door handle.

Okay ! not sure about the PAAK or how that works? Can you help?
If I knock something on the handle will that mean it won't lock?
Can you tell my Mach-e is new to me!!

Are you sure it isn't locking? If you have a phone (Phone as a Key or PAAK) or keyfob near the car, it will unlock and open the door. The only way to tell is to drop your keys and/or phone well away from the car and then try and open the door.
