Logging into FDRS for first time issues

What issues are you having? I'm trying to get logged in for the first time as well.

If you select Independent Operator/Non-Dealer from the drop down and then click login. Does that bring up a login screen? If not, that is the same boat that I'm in. I'm reloading Windows on my laptop to make sure that isn't the issue.

Yeah same issue man. I tried resetting password and everything.

Ford has been known to have weekend / evening server outages. It sucks because the clock is running on the license that you purchased.

I think this is just a first time user issue because we both are getting the same result.

More expert people on here have said that they can login successfully. We aren't getting the next screen that should be a login screen.

I've just reloaded Windows and reinstalled FDRS and VCI manager but still getting the same results. Hoping that someone on the DIY FDRS thread can come up with something.
