Long term storage

Thought I wouldvshare my experience. 2013 Extended Range Premium was parked for 6+ months. I put a battery tender on the 12v battery. Had a Battery Saver Mode message when I returned. Unhooked the Battery Tender, turned on the car and drove off with no problems.

That's good guidance but I really wonder what part of "long-term storage" they don't understand when they wrote this part:

• Try to move your vehicle at least 25 ft every 15 days to lubricate working parts and prevent corrosion.

Perhaps they think everyone has a valet for their long-term storage?
