Bummer. I don't know what part it is, but I suspect if you provide a wider angle photo so the damaged part can be seen more in context, it would help others identify it. You can also go to the Ford parts online store and search for it. Put in your VIN and try various search terms.

It also looks like the rodent started chewing on the high voltage sleeve. It might be a good idea to get some orange tape and take care of the fraying there. 😱🐩

My advice: Take it to a dealer before you kill yourself unless you’re a fully trained and qualified EV technician.

Don’t f*ck about with it unless you REALLY know what you’re doing. Let them fix it safely.

The A/C unit works with HV.

HV don’t give you a warning tingle like your household electricity.

You just fry from the inside.

Seriously!

The orange brading on the HV cabling appears frayed by possibly whatever apparently also chewed that black cover which itself probably don’t cover a HV connector.

Take no chances.

If there’s rodent damage, let your insurance handle it.

You’re very welcome.

Just be careful about powering down and disconnecting the HV, there’s a routine for powering down and safe-checking the HV system.

Hope you get it sorted soon👍

Some rat bastard chewed on this. I guess it is for the AC compressor. Maybe I can slide a new boot over this if I pull the HVB disconnect and then remove the terminal? Don't know what the part number is though.

FYI that looks like the positive terminal on the DC/DC converter (like the alternator positive wire). It is located inboard of the A/C compressor. You can ask your parts guy if the cover boot is available separately or not. But I would try to cover it with something.
