M order disappeared

Hi all,
I ordered my premium on Aug.31 and received a build date of the week of Jan. 6th. My car has been stuck in production all month and now my VIN number is no longer valid. I had an estimated delivery date of Feb 9 but now I can’t even get any information. I am in a bit of a bind asI need to sell my existing car to use for funding for my Mach e.
Anyone have any suggestion or been in the same situation? My dealer has not been very helpful unfortunately.

Ford often updates systems on weekends, and functions may not work. Wait until tomorrow and look again.

In addition, different pages bring up different info. Logging in and clicking on Reservations and Orders provides information that lags behind the page where you put in order number and vin.

This has happened to others posting in this forum. Eventually your VIN will work again. As @RickMachE said, it might just be normal Ford system maintenance, or it could be something in the data that is keeping your VIN from showing up. Either way, don't worry. It is frustrating but your car is not lost.

Ask your dealer for the Vehicle Visibility Report (VVR) and see what that says. The VVR should work.
