Order Tracking Status Disappeared - Normal?

Apologies if this has been discussed but I couldn't find by searching.

I received my VIN and build week (7/25) via email last week and it showed up on Ford's order tracking page. This morning, there is no order information of any kind showing up - the page is blank except for the default information. Wondering if this is par for the course or if I should be concerned that something may have changed.

I got an email from Ford saying week of 7/11
When I went to shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking it just said I had an order.
Now sometimes nothing shows up but the space to put in order number and vin.
I tried chrome, no go, firefox and it worked.
Next day firefox did not work and chrome did not work. Then chrome worked but only said I had an order. I'm going to call them this afternoon and see if there is more information.
