This was in Farmington Hills, Michigan near I696 and Orchard Lake Road. It looks BEAT UP from testing, but the wheels, solid roof and no badging make me think its a GT out in the wild testing. A bunch of us have already seen the car in real life, but one thing about these pictures that I found interesting and worthy of posting a thread is..... notice the tow hook? And here I thought we weren't going to have a vehicle that was rated to tow...

Nice!

Maybe the tow hook indicates it's a Euro spec test?
Yeah, that does look like a very European standard tow hook for pulling a caravan. Not the typical receiver hitch we get here

That car has been on here before--including its hitch. Looks to me to be one of the early mules.
Oh, I thought it was a recent photo. I saw it on Reddit. =( My bad

Well great a (EU) tow bar, then the old loyal caravan can be tied behind the car........ ;-)

Looks like a select with GT rims no? Hmmm the body has painted arch so may just be a very early premium before they got the glass roof? Remember that was delayed during early development.

anyways has anyone seen a real GT out in the wild?

When they published the GT specs it didn't come standard with the glass roof, it was an option.
