front or rear? If it's the right front then I have no idea, but I've seen other people say that in rear or left pockets their body can block the sensors.

Same here I purchased another Fob also and don’t use the PAAK right now, hopefully Ford will get it fixed in a future OTA update, I plan on buying the blue cruise option once it’s available and maybe that will require a major update that will include other fixes such as PAAK

It's interesting. There are times that I have not been able to get into the car until I rotate my body closer to the door. I tend to stand with my body between the key and car for some reason when I open the door.

The times I've had problems are when my phone was in my back pocket and approaching the car from the rear. I imagine it'd be similar with a fob.

I haven't observed any issues with sensing the fob. The car appears to know exactly where the fob is located within inches. If I have other passengers with me, I have to unlock a door first and then it will allow others to open their door. I think there is a Sync setting for that. I should go back and look at it again because I would like to enable access to all doors even when I open the liftgate. That one frustrates my wife because she is standing there at her door while I stow away our purchase and then she has to wait until I open one of the side doors before she can get in.

Wasn't much of a problem at first but when it's 112 degrees out, our patience is stretched pretty thin.

1. Phone as a Key is still not working correctly even with the latest update (21b36). Sometimes I will approach the vehicle with a phone only and it will sense my presence (parking lights come on) and let me open the door but then when I get in and press the start button it shows “NO KEY FOUND” and if I just sit for 30 to 60 seconds and try again the vehicle will allow me to power up. So I went to my ford dealer and purchased another FOB which works every time..
2. User Profiles don’t always work.. I have 2 profiles setup #1 for myself (FOB and PAAK) and #2 for my wife (FOB and PAAK). 99% of the time I am the person using the car and when I get in the car most times it picks my wife’s profile (#2) even though her phone or FOB are no where near the vehicle and if I push the #1 on the door it will switch to my profile.
3. Brake Coach only works in “Engage mode” even though it is enabled in all 3 driving modes it only shows up when you come to a stop in Engage mode.
4. Sirius XM forgets last station. Not always but occasionally when I enter the vehicle and I turn it on the radio defaults to “Sirius XM Hits 1” station which isn’t even one of my memorized stations and I have to change it to my preferred station.
5. Cruise Control stops working.. I have had 2 occasions while driving a message “Intelligent Cruise Control Not Available” would pop up while Cruise control was engaged and could only be reset by stopping vehicle and cycling power.
6. Rebooting while driving. This past week I took my first long distance trip with my Mach-E from North Carolina to Delray Beach Florida and after about 2 hours into trip the Radio stopped playing then the large touch screen went black and then after about 10 seconds the Ford Logo appeared and it reboot while driving.
7. Destinations Suggestions pops up even though it is turned off. I have turned off both “Predicted Destination Alerts” and “Destination Suggestions” but every now and then I will turn on the vehicle and it will automatically start a route in the navigation system even though it has been disabled.

UPDATE on issues 1. & 2.
I discovered that the problems with items 1. (PAAK) and 2. (Profiles) are related.
After getting totally discouraged with PAAK only working half of the time I removed it and now just use my FOB's (I have two because I purchased another)
the correct profile loads every time you enter the vehicle. My Profile when I enter and my wife's when she uses the car with her FOB.

To add a few items to this MME problem list - I have a couple that need to be addressed:
a) FordPass used to work regarding real-time data for charging (I mostly charge Level 2 at home) - now, I do not see any current charging data, and have lost the "Stop charging" and "Charge to 100%" functions. I have also lost the "Battery Charge Logs" function - it worked 3 times then quit.
I've called FordPass 3 times on this - the last call I talked to "Duran" at 15:49 on 30 July. He promised to "kick it upstairs" and get me some answers. Nothing.
b) My wife followed me to an appointment for her car a couple of weeks ago. She was shocked that the MME did not show ANY brake lights when I decelerated to make turns, etc. I was driving in "Unbridled" mode with One-pedal switched off. Even in that mode, I rarely had to brake due to regen at low speeds. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE! I have since been driving with one-pedal mode switched on, and the brake lights do work on regen slow-downs. Search this forum - you will find more than one account of members being rear-ended! Thank you.

Hey Ford my navigation just stopped working whenever I try to use it, the garmin logo comes up and then it crashes now I got to go back to the dealer to figure out what’s wrong

I got the propulsion sound not turning on glitch today. Is that one that usually clears on its own? I saw it in some of the early videos, but haven’t heard much about it since.

Thanks! Scheduled for Friday. A new one for me today, the propulsion sound setting won’t stick. I saw that on some early review videos, but haven’t heard much about it since. I haven’t restarted the car since, is that one that goes away on a reboot or restart?

Mine worked after a restart, but I haven't checked it since.

I had a new glitch for me last night, and one I don't think I've seen reported yet: The track forward/back buttons on the steering wheel didn't work. I was able to skip tracks using the touchscreen. They worked after a restart.

I have the propulsion sound not sticking on glitch today. What causes this to return to normal? Starting the car didn't help. I haven't tried driving it yet to see if that clears it. What about rebooting the Sync? Do you lose all the personalizations you did? What should I do?

I learned the hard way that leaving my phone in the car will inactivate the PaaK. Skipping the Create Backup Key feature can be a disaster. If PaaK fails to work just enter the door code and backup key code. No FOB needed.

When I first got the car I left my PaaK (phone) in the car because I was just getting out for a minute and it auto locked when I shut the door. I didn't have the door code so I had to get someone to drive me home to get the fob. I have no trust in PaaK working correctly now.
