My CR subscription ended last month but someone from the BMW iX forum posted this page showing the EV rankings. A little surprised the Mach-E didn't even make the cut? Is it because the Mach-E doesn't fall into the $30-40k range and the GT is slightly < $60k?

Go to your library's website, you'll likely find access to Consumer Reports online. You can then look and see what's going on.

That's only one page. Consumer Reports has EVs broken down into categories: cars, luxury cars, SUVs, 3 row SUVs, luxury SUVs, and trucks. This pages only shows the luxury cars and luxury SUVs. The Mach-E is in the normal EV SUVs category.

Yes exactly. There was no category for SUV’s under $60k

That's the only page of car reviews in the Oct issue. It's just sort of a monthly update of what they just tested rather than everything for comparison.

R1S and Model X got dinged in the ratings because all their controls are on the touchscreen. CR doesn't like that.
