I just wanted to update the thread with results from the dealership. They confirmed the Power Steering Control Module is dead. They also confirmed there is a backorder for the part. I'm now in line to get a new Power Steering Control Module. In the meantime I have a shitbox Nissan Altima rental.

That sucks I just found out Friday that it'd be September 20th till my part shows up supposedly. I got this Altima till then at least.

This is my final update to this thread, thankfully. The dealership just texted me saying my new Steering Column is in a full 3 weeks early, and they are scheduling the work to replace it for this afternoon or tomorrow. I will have my car back Hopefully this means other people waiting on this part do not have that much longer to wait to get their cars back either.
